We started this company to sustainably share nature’s remedies to enrich the lives of those around us, and our commitment to that mission has never been stronger. I know that the world is filled with uncertainty right now, and that many of you are dealing with serious unknowns; however, you can rest assured that your ability to get your One Farm by WAAYB products does not need to be one of them. We are doing everything in our power to continue to provide the high-quality products that so many of you count on. I want to reach out to let you know the steps we are taking as a business to keep our employees and communities safe, ensure product quality and availability, and continue to support you and your family as the COVID-19 outbreak unfolds.
Ensuring our employees and the communities in which we operate stay healthy and safe is our first priority and is critical to allow us to continue to meet your needs. Guided by the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and industry best practices, we have deployed a comprehensive prevention plan. We have increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning and sanitization at our laboratory, eliminated outside visitors at company facilities, utilized remote work environments where possible, and have implemented staggered shifts to reduce employee contact. All One Farm by WAAYB employees understand the gravity of this situation and are doing their best to limit contact with other people.
Ensuring Product Quality and Continuity of Supply:
To date, we have not had an employee that has been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus. We started making excess inventory several weeks ago, and currently have several months’ worth of finished product in inventory. Although we do not anticipate any disruption to our supply chain as all our packaging and raw materials are sourced domestically, we have overstocked on all crucial items to eliminate any supply chain reliance. We have added a Saturday shift to provide an additional day to fulfill orders which will reduce the amount of time you have to wait for your products.
